Jumping High (CEO Yoon Hai), a leading company specializing in jumping fitness, announced on the 24th that it has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with EX Healthcare (CEO Lee Yong-hee), a company known for developing bio-healthcare solutions.

The partnership aims to combine the expertise of both companies to create innovative synergies in the fitness and healthcare industries. This collaboration will focus on developing new healthcare solutions to strengthen their competitive edge in domestic and global markets.

EX Healthcare, founded in 2022, is a bio-healthcare company that has garnered attention for developing the world’s first skin exosomal miRNA boosting technology.

Based on this groundbreaking technology, the company launched innovative healthcare products under the dermaFIT brand, including creams designed to prevent muscle loss. These products have been internationally recognized, earning FDA OTC certification in the U.S. and several European certifications.

In its efforts to enter the U.S. market, EX Healthcare has actively pursued collaborations, including MOUs with Dalton Bioanalytics in California and academic partnerships with California University of Management and Sciences (CALUMS).

Jumping High, a Korean brand of the original Jumping Fitness program, operates franchise businesses across South Korea and has expanded to over 50 countries globally. With more than 400 locations nationwide, the company supports healthy lifestyles through weight loss and fitness solutions. Recently, Jumping High launched its Jumping Unmanned Center platform, exploring new business opportunities.

Through this partnership, the two companies plan to:

  • Develop innovative healthcare solutions by integrating jumping fitness with bio-healthcare technologies.
  • Enhance competitiveness and expand their customer base in domestic and international markets.
  • Collaborate to provide healthier lifestyle options to a broader audience.

Yoon Hai, CEO of Jumping High, stated, "This partnership will amplify the strengths of both companies, leading innovation in fitness and healthcare while providing improved health management solutions to our customers."

Lee Yong-hee, CEO of EX Healthcare, commented, "This collaboration presents an excellent opportunity to further promote the dermaFIT brand by leveraging Jumping High’s extensive domestic and global networks, thereby strengthening our market competitiveness."

Moving forward, the two companies plan to work closely to establish new business models and carry out various activities contributing to health improvement.
